Items are usually in stock and ready to ship within 1-2 days but please allow 3-4 days if we are experiencing a high demand for these items.

We aim to ship using first class post for total order values less than £10.00 and Tracked 48 for any value higher than £10.00. The tracking number will be provided upon dispatch if your parcel has been sent using a tracked service.

International orders are welcomed although these will always be sent using a tracked service regardless of the value. Please be patient for your items to arrive as they can often take a couple of weeks or longer to get through customs.

Please respect that we aim to use as few non recyclable materials as possible so your items will usually come shipped loose in a box or padded bag.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your physical items you are more than welcome to return them provided they have not been used and are in the original condition they were sent in. The Customer is responsible for any return costs.

Digital items are strictly non refundable.

 Please clean your cutters using isopropyl alcohol, baby wipes or tepid (not warm or hot) soapy water.

Do not use any harsh chemicals such as acetone as this will melt the cutter.

Do not use in the dishwasher or leave in the sun - your cutter will melt.

Be sure not to be rough with your cutters - they have a very sharp thin cutting blade that do not require any force to cut through the clay.

Avoid excess sideways pressure on your cutters that will cause them to flex as this could damage the cutting blade and shorten the "life" of your cutter.
